Immigrants2Millionaires is committed to delivering results-driven programs. We stand behind the value of our content when it is studied, implemented, and applied consistently.

By enrolling in any Immigrants2Millionaires program, the Client agrees to pay the full agreed-upon price in advance, or to follow a pre-approved payment plan. If a payment plan is selected, the Client authorizes recurring charges on a monthly basis as scheduled.

All payments are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a program, the Client acknowledges and agrees that they are receiving digital content and intellectual property, which is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. This includes missed sessions, perceived lack of results, or changes in personal circumstances.

Failure to make timely payments constitutes a breach of this agreement. Immigrants2Millionaires reserves the right to enforce collection of outstanding balances using legal means, including third-party collection services or legal action. This may result in additional fees and may impact the Client’s credit report. The Client is responsible for all reasonable costs associated with recovery, including collection agency and attorney fees.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Client Obligations: The Client agrees to treat all information provided by Immigrants2Millionaires as strictly confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, marketing systems, training materials, sales scripts, digital assets, customer data, proprietary methods, and any communication shared during the course of the program.

Definition of Confidential Information: “Confidential Information” includes all business operations, strategies, techniques, pricing, templates, scripts, content, and communications—whether written, digital, or spoken—shared by Immigrants2Millionaires or its representatives. This includes information about other participants and internal company materials

Breach of Confidentiality: Any unauthorized use, sharing, duplication, or distribution of Confidential Information will result in immediate legal action. The Client understands that monetary damages alone may be insufficient, and agrees that Immigrants2Millionaires may seek injunctive or equitable relief to prevent further violations.

Respecting Privacy: While the Client may share personal wins or outcomes publicly, the experiences, comments, and progress of other program participants must remain confidential and may not be disclosed in any format.

TERMINATION POLICY

Immigrants2Millionaires reserves the right to terminate access to any program or service without refund if the Client is found to be in violation of this agreement, including but not limited to: non-payment, chargeback attempts, breach of confidentiality, or misconduct toward company staff or participants.

By purchasing, you agree to these terms and waive your right to dispute or reverse any payments made to Immigrants2Millionaires LLC.
